Itinerary - Amsterdam & Rotterdam Express

Check-in at the hotel in Rotterdam and meet your travel buddies! Our journey starts off on the right foot...a beer all together! We will get to taste more beer tomorrow, at one of the many pubs in the city. For now, here's to the beginning of this short adventure together!

Then, we hop on a tram and go back in time to Delfshaven, where history meets charm in a perfect fusion. We stroll along the cobblestone streets, feeling like we've stumbled into a picturesque postcard scene.

But wait, it is time for food! And where better to satisfy our cravings than the culinary wonderland of Markthal? We brace ourselves for a sensory overload as we wander past stalls overflowing with tantalizing treats from around the globe. From exotic spices to gooey cheese delights, it's a foodie's paradise where even the most discerning palate finds nirvana.

Feeling fueled up and ready for more? We dive into Rotterdam's vibrant street art scene, where every alleyway is a canvas waiting to be discovered. Let the colorful murals inspire our inner artists as we wander through this urban playground.

As the sun begins to set, we find ourselves a cozy spot along the waterfront, drink in hand, and watch as the city comes alive with twinkling lights. Once we arrive in Amsterdam, we hit the ground running, embarking on a leisurely stroll from the iconic Singel Canal. Our plan for the afternoon? The Straat, the world's first street art and graffiti museum. In the afternoon we head straight to Dam Square, the beating heart of the city, where history and modernity collide in a whirlwind of activity. Surrounded by iconic landmarks like the Royal Palace and the National Monument, we soak in the grandeur of our surroundings, feeling the pulse of Amsterdam beneath our feet.

Our journey leads us to the magnificent Old Church (Oude Kerk), a towering symbol of Amsterdam's rich heritage. We step inside and are instantly transported to another era, surrounded by the hushed whispers of centuries-old secrets. The church's Gothic architecture and ornate stained glass windows leave us in awe, a testament to the city's enduring beauty and resilience.

Last but not least, we'll spend our last night in the famous Red Light District, where the neon lights cast an otherworldly glow upon the cobblestone streets. We navigate through the bustling crowds, experiencing the district's unique energy and atmosphere firsthand.
