Few things that define me the most are movement and mind, I am a Emotional and Mindset trainer, that allows me to learn as I teach about our complex mind and because one doesn't go without the other I am passionate about moving my body in any sort of way using my muscles and given them the activity they want.
What else does it complement my life? YES! you guessed well, TRAVELLING, meeting new people, new cultures, we have a lot to learn from each other, by so my mind expand, I get to build my life choosing the best of everyplace and every person I get to know along this journey...
