The trip in a nutshell
Self-driven tour
This is a self-driven tour - it isn’t compulsory to drive, however if you are willing to, then please tick the box when booking your trip.
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let the stunning Lake District countryside take your breath away! This tour is the ultimate staycation for nature lovers looking to explore one of Englands most picturesque regions. With its serene lakes, and charming villages, it's no wonder that renowned writers like Wordsworth, Coleridge, and Beatrix Potter found inspiration in this romantic landscape.
Get ready for an action-packed five-day adventure, filled with hiking, kayaking, and Ghyll Scrambling. Trek to hidden corners of the hills for the perfect viewpoint, and explore the stunning lakes by kayak. For an extra adrenaline boost, try your hand at Ghyll Scrambling, before winding down with a well-deserved whisky tasting at a local distillery. Imagine the green hills stretching out before you, the tranquil lakes mirroring the landscape, and adorable thatched-roof cottages dotting the countryside. It's a fairytale come to life, and it's all waiting for you in the Lake District!
