Arusha National Park

Monkeys heaven

Internal flights to Arusha. We meet our tour guide and we are ready to explore Arusha National Park. It’s our first Safari! This park is famous for its blue monkeys and the amazing Colobus monkeys. Walking Safari is a must here, it’s a thrilling experience to try where we may have the chance to see different species of animals…. ranger-guide walks obviously.

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

Today it’s time for Tarangire National Park, famous for its wildlife. During the dry season, from June to September, thousands of animals, like gnu, buffalos and antelope, migrate toward the river searching for water or cooling mud. Tarangire National Park is also home to lions, leopards, and other predators, and 500 birds. The next stop is Karatu for the night.

Lake Manyara Safari

After a great breakfast, we move to Lake Manyara National Park.. are you ready for another great Safari day? Lake Manyara National Park is known for lions, which climbs up a tree. The park is 390 square km and here live more than 400 species of birds, pink flamingos, pelicans,storks, Ibis and Egyptian geese.

Ngorongoro National Park

What an adventurous day awaits us! We go down to the Crater with our Jeep and we’ll spend the whole day on Safari. The world’s biggest crater, large 20 km, Ngorongoro is one of the best observation wildlife areas, if we are lucky we can see the black rhinos.


The Crater is 2.286 meters above the sea, it covers 260 square km and it hosts more than 30.000 animals, almost half of them are zebras and gnu: Ngorongoro is the first World Heritage site in Africa.

The endless plain

In a few hours, we reach Serengeti National Park, which is definitely the most famous park not only in Tanzania but the whole world.


This park is the hometown of the Big Five: elephant, lion, leopard, rhinoceros and buffalo. If we will be lucky enough, we will see for real the wildlife that we were used to spotting just on National Geographic magazine.

Ready to leave at dawn, next stop Lobo, in the Serengeti North.


The Lobo Valley is a gorgeous area in the northern part of Serengeti, home of the greatest wildlife on earth, it is best to visit in the dry season for the gnu migration. We also can admire lions from our Jeep: here there is the highest concentration of them!

The Hazda Bushmen!

The Hazda Bushmen are the ancient hunter-gatherers, native people who live on the Eyase Lake,that’s part of the Great Rift Valley of East Africa. They are also known as Tindiga o Hadzabe. Another local tribe is the Taturo, named also Mang’ati, who still live with their traditional customs!


It’s time for us to say goodbye to nature and the wildlife, it’s beach time… Zanzibar here we come! If we close our eyes, we can already smell a delicious seafood dinner :)

We move to Stone Town in the afternoon for the last hours of shopping and of course for our farewell dinner, with the taste of this wonderful land!

Money Pot Includes

The Money Pot is approximately 150 pounds and is collected on-site by the Coordinator. The amount of the Money Pot may change due to the numbers of activities and extras that the group decides to do. The spare money (if any) will be returned at the end of the trip.
